Library Rules

  1. The books are issued to the teachers for a period of two weeks and to the studentfor one week.
  2. If any student does not return the book after one week, he/she is liable to pay a fine of Rs. 5/- per day.
  3. If any book is lost or tempered or torn the student has to deposit a new volume or the same author or double of the cost of book is chargeable from the defaulters.
  4. The journals and magazines will not be issued any student.
  5. The students are strictly advised not to deface any newspaper or magazine or journal.
  6. They are further advised not to write anything on the study tables or chairs. The defaulter, if caught will be fined accordingly.
  7. All the students will pay an amount Rs. 500/- as Library Security which will be refunded after the declaration of the final results.
  8. Al I the students will pay Rs. 100/- as Library Membership fee (Non-Refundable). ? No outsider is allowed to enter the library without prior permission from the Principal /Lecturer Incharge/Librarian.
  9. The reference books will not be issued to any students or staff member without prior permission from the Principal.
  10. The books borrowed by the students and retained during summer vacations, are likely to attract punishment in the form of fine. If any page is found missing, or torn, it has to be replaced by the student by a new volume of the same author or he/she has to deposit double the cost of the book.
