In our Country, where respect for age and tradition is a part of antiquity, we remember and honour Thakur Baldev Singh Chib with gratitude. "Baldev Institue of Management, Technology and Sciences (BIMTAS)" established under the aegis of Chenab Education Trust, Jammu (J&K) was founded on his lofty ideas and guidance.We loved him for the kindness he bestowed on us, we honour him for the care and affection showered on us, we remember him for his unstinted love for the simple village folks and his utmost concern for the human sufferings. B.Com (Bachelor in Commerce)

  • Eligibility
    • The course is open to a candidate who has qualified Higher Secondary Part-II examination in Commerce (10+2) pattern of J&K Board of School Education or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to. A candidate with commerce subjects having being placed under re-appear in one subject only of 10+2 examination is allowed admission provisionally and the result of such candidate shall be declared only after he/she clears the backlog of 10+2 within prescribed chances. A candidate who has qualified 10+2 examination in stream other than commerce can also seek admission in the course provided he has secured 45% marks in case of General Category and 40% marks in case of SC/ST Category.
  • Admission Process
    • Admission is done by the Institute as per the notification issued by the University of Jammu. At the time of admission the candidate has to accompanied by his/her guardian and submit the following documents: -
      • 1.Seven copies of pass-port size photographs.
      • 2.Three copies of marks card of 10th class and Date of Birth Certificate.
      • 3.Four copies of marks card of 10+2 examination.
      • 4.Provisional Certificate or School/College leaving Certificate.
      • 5.Character Certificate.
      • 6.Migration Certificate in case the candidate who has qualified 10+2 examination from boards other than J&K Board of School Education.
      • 7.Affidavit to be submitted by a candidate who has break in his studies.
      • Note:-The original marks cards are to be bought for verification
