On 1st Dec, 2011, a rally was organised on behalf of Chenab College of Education on "Aids Day" by the N.S.S. volunteers and staff of the college. The Rally was taken from Chenab College Of Educations to Langar Village.The Agenda of the Rally was to educate the people about Aids & HIV. Principal Dr. Meera Sharma flag Off the rally. A big gathering of Residents of Village Langar assembled in the ground and the Teachers and N.S.S. Volunteers spoke on AIDS/HIV, to aware them about this fatul disease. The Villagers showed keen interest in the same. A skit was also performed by the students in which they made the people aware of the fatal disease AIDS and the remedial measures were also suggested.
